Composed by 1 double rail system, one traction for the motorised chain and one free rail for the conveyor cars, allow several routes and with different speeds within the same system.

Thanks to the mechanically simple structure, the control is dynamic and simples, multiple movements are synchronised using variable speed drivers, the speeds can be continuously adjusted.

Electronic systems, such as barcodes or RFID systems, allow identification of parts and production batches.

Locking stations are used to disengage the connection between the traction current and the transportation cars (trolleys), allowing, that way, for stops along the way, without involvement in the process and in the remaining of the parts rack, composed by the transportation cars. 

Electromechanical needles allow multiple choices for several routes that can lead to the solution.
